By accessing or using VOR Training's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Free Plan

• Access to basic VOR exercises
• Limited daily exercises
• Basic progress tracking
• Basic exercise instructions
• No payment required

2.2 Premium Plans

• Weekly subscription: $12.99/week
• Monthly subscription: $29.99/month
• 8-Week Pass: $49.99 (recurring every 8 weeks)
• Access to all features and exercises
• Unlimited daily exercises
• Detailed progress tracking
• Priority support

3. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to Premium, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

3.1 Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund period for Premium subscriptions. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will maintain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription
• Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period

5. Account Terms

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of VOR Training, you agree to:

• Use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to access features or content beyond your subscription level
• Follow all safety instructions provided with exercises
• Consult healthcare providers as needed

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VOR Training, including but not limited to text, graphics, exercises, logos, and software, are owned by VOR Training and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. User Testimonials

By submitting a video testimonial through our platform, you grant VOR Training a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes.

When you submit a testimonial, you represent and warrant that:

• The testimonial reflects your genuine, honest experience with VOR Training
• You have not received compensation or payment for your testimonial
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the right and authority to grant this license
• Your testimonial does not infringe on any third-party rights

8.1 Attribution Options

You may choose how you wish to be credited when your testimonial is displayed:

• Full name: First name and last initial (e.g., "Sarah M.")
• Initials only: Your initials (e.g., "S.M.")
• Anonymous: Displayed as "Verified User"

8.2 Removal Requests

You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will remove your testimonial within 30 days of your request. Please note that cached versions on third-party platforms may persist temporarily beyond this period.

8.3 Editing

We reserve the right to edit testimonials for length, clarity, and appropriateness. We will not alter the substance or meaning of your testimonial without your consent.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of our service
• Change subscription fees with reasonable notice
• Update these terms and conditions
• Limit access to certain features or content

10. Limitation of Liability

VOR Training is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service. Please refer to our Medical Disclaimer for additional important information.
